RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is offering a co-op position for students to assist the Enterprise Operations Human Resources team. The role involves supporting HR initiatives, managing requests, and providing insights into various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with senior managers and HR leadership to support their organizational needs
- Managing requests from Collins/RTX Corporate and assisting with various needs
- Partnering Total Rewards and Global People services on Compensation analysis, salary planning, and incentive pay coordination
- Conducting analysis on data
- Supporting the RTX Ops rotational program for Collins related activities
- Active involvement with the Employee Pulse Survey data analysis and action planning activities
- Support leadership onboarding activities
- Participating in org design and change plan activities
- Play an active role in Ops talent reviews
- Assist managing talent council activities for SIOP and EH&S
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Master's Degree in a technical field such as, but not limited to Human Resources Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology
