Role Overview
- Lead hands-on process mapping, analysis, and redesign using tools such as Mural and Microsoft Visio
- Analyze current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies
- Design and document future-state processes aligned to business goals
- Apply Lean and/or Six Sigma principles for operational efficiency
- Partner closely with stakeholders to gather business and process requirements
- Extract, manipulate and analyze data for insights
- Define, monitor, and interpret KPIs for success measurement
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or business process analysis in a data-driven environment
- Proven experience with process mapping, process design, and process improvement
- Strong understanding of how data supports business decisions
- Experience with Insurance, InsurTech, or digital insurance platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience using process mapping tools such as Mural and Microsoft Visio
- Proficiency in Excel
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and related data tools
