NIL & Social Media Marketing Intern

Electro is building the future of athlete-first hydration with their functional electrolyte gum. They are seeking a sharp intern to help manage their growing athlete community, focusing on communication and relationship building with athlete ambassadors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates
• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program
• Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
• Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving
• Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly

Requirements:

• Strong written English and communication skills
• Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates
• Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment
• Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture
