Enterprise Sales Executive

WENdigital is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive who will be responsible for building long-term client relationships and driving account expansion. The role involves negotiating enterprise-level agreements and representing the company at relevant events and industry forums.

Requirements:

• Strong enterprise Sales experience, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B environments
• Proficiency in Consultative Selling, with the ability to uncover client needs, align solutions, and build trusted advisor relationships
• Experience in Software Sales or selling services/solutions, ideally in consulting, HR tech, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development using multiple channels
• Skilled in Contract Negotiation, including pricing discussions, terms, and closing complex enterprise deals
• Deep interest in, and understanding of, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging concepts and their business impact
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong organizational and CRM skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience selling into HR, Talent, or C-suite functions
