Associate II - Data Science

The Opportunity

Rebuild analytics pipelines and integrate new data models into the data infrastructure

Refactor existing workflows from LASR/MSS to Databricks and PySpark

Develop familiarity with the ICAM data model and support data integration efforts

Assess and identify gaps between existing datasets and new data structures from STEP and ICAM

Support exploratory analytics use cases including analyzing consultant organization behavior and understanding Field Consultant preferences

Explore opportunities to leverage tools like Claude for ad hoc data access based on progress of core data integration work



What You Need

Strong data engineering expertise

Experience with Databricks and PySpark

Experience in refactoring workflows from LASR/MSS to modern platforms

Strong data analysis skills to identify gaps between datasets and new data structures

Familiarity with ICAM data model

Experience working with complex data environments

Prior experience within the financial industry is helpful

Power BI experience is a nice-to-have

Domain Experience (If any)

Financial / Institutional business experience preferred
