Citi is a leading global bank, and they are seeking a Mid-Corp Relationship Manager for their Boston location. The role involves deepening client relationships, introducing customized solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maximizing client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Call on clients to deepen relationships and proactively own, respond to, uncover, and anticipate future needs, challenges, risks, and expectations
- Introduce solutions to clients to build and strengthen an effective portfolio
- Work with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients’ individual needs
- Work closely with the Case Manager on onboarding and retaining clients, ensuring the appropriate 'Know Your Client' (KYC) and other compliance deliverables are met
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen relationships and increase share of wallet
- Maximize client experience by proactively sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence
- Drive innovation in the solutions provided to clients and further develop the business where necessary and appropriate
- Execute strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels (Group, Bank, Commercial Market, and EIB)
- Network with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities
- Administer the credit relationship of the client, coordinate and supervise the entire process, and ensure the proper application of policies and institutional processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as Citi's policies and guidelines
