Conduct audits of national and international license partners on-site and remotely
Review revenue reports, license fees, and contractual obligations
Analyze business processes and identify deviations or risks
Prepare structured audit reports, including actionable recommendations
Track remediation measures and ensure implementation
Continuously develop audit standards, methodologies, and tools
Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Partner Management teams

University degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Finance, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in audit, compliance, or external/internal auditing
Ideally experience with licensing or franchise models
Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
Structured, independent working style and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are a plus
Willingness to travel approximately 30% of working time (within Europe)
