Founding Sales Development Representative

Redcar is a company leveraging Google-level AI to transform the home services industry. They are seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to engage with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business owners, demonstrating how their Voice AI technology can solve the missed call crisis.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound to owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical owners through phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events
• Uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves the "missed call" crisis
• Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work directly with the Founders to refine our messaging in real-time

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of SDR experience outbounding via calling and emailing
• You've sold into the mechanical trades business before (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Winner of President's Club, Winner's Circle, top of your cohort, etc
• Competitive, resilient, and driven to win
• background in competitive sports is a plus
