Tribute Technology is a company that creates innovative technology solutions for end-of-life celebrations. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media
- Cold Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage with prospects and introduce them to our products/services
- Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and challenges of prospects to determine if they are a good fit for our solutions, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and communications in the CRM system, ensuring the sales pipeline is up-to-date and well-organized
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on target markets, messaging, and lead generation strategies
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new business prospects
