
About the role:
This position is situated within MacKillop Seasons and The MacKillop Institute and reports to the Lead Training and Customer Experience. The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of training and events to support national service delivery. The operational remit spans supporting training programs including (but not limited to) Seasons for Growth, Seasons for Healing, Sanctuary, Power to Kids, ReLATE and MHEALTH. The role will support training delivery for core services and funded projects including Seasons for Life and Disaster Readiness/Resilience.
This is an on-going opportunity based in Belrose, NSW within our MacKillop Seasons, and MacKillop Institute teams.
About you:
We’re looking for a highly organised and collaborative professional to coordinate the planning and delivery of a dynamic national calendar of training and professional learning events. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end event logistics—from scheduling and registrations to travel, venues, and resources—while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
You’ll play a key part in enhancing our programs by liaising with project leads, securing venues, supporting trainers, managing workflows, and improving processes that elevate outcomes for our teams and communities.
