Deliver a seamless experience for new hires from offer acceptance through to successful integration into the business.
Manage everything from drafting offers and coordinating pre‑boarding, to overseeing background checks and IT setup.
Act as the bridge between Recruitment and HR Operations.
Get involved in project work focused on improving processes – including creating efficiencies and supporting automation initiatives.
Ensure a smooth, positive start for every new employee.
Requirements
Proven experience coordinating end-to-end new hire onboarding within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong understanding of onboarding best practices, including pre-employment checks, compliance requirements and first-day readiness.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding platforms.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities and hiring teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging approach.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and deliver solutions quickly.
