Manage provider engagement projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
Develop and oversee management systems for OCMO, with Integrated Kidney Care as the primary focus.
Partner with OCMO, DKC, and IKC leaders to align priorities and streamline execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Coordinate and monitor progress on special projects across IKC Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Group Medical Directors and partner teams, ensuring timely execution and impact.
Track and report on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician engagement, or clinical strategy.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with physicians and executive stakeholders.
Strong communication, relationship management, and executive influence skills.
Travel up to 20% as needed.
Familiarity with physician practice operations, clinical quality programs, and Value-Based Care (preferred).
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (preferred).
Project/program management certification a plus.
Proactive and solutions-oriented; able to manage ambiguity, build trust, and influence without direct authority.
