Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and potential customers
- Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with Texana Bank’s objectives
- Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the Branch network
- Maintain compliance with all regulations, ensuring no involvement in loan origination or point-of-sale systems
