At WSC Sports, you have the opportunity to directly influence the products and tools used by our clients, including sports giants such as the NBA, Bundesliga, LaLiga, ESPN - and that’s just the beginning of what WSC Sports has to offer! Join us and be a part of the best team in tech as we Fuel the Fandom worldwide.
What you’ll do:
- Own the Plan: Manage the master Gantt across all Marketing and GTM activities. Every initiative, every owner, every deadline. You’ll know what’s on track and what needs a push before anyone has to ask.
- Drive Cross-Departmental Synergy: Work across every Marketing team and with the departments around us: Sales, Product, BD. You’ll run the operating rhythm, keep alignment tight, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between teams.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Own the projects that span multiple teams and don’t sit cleanly in one place: new website, brand book, Brand Lab, new vertical launches. You’ll define the approach, align the stakeholders, and get them across the finish line.
- Build the Frameworks: Design how the department works. How briefs get written, how campaigns move through review, how we kick off and close out projects. Build the systems that let the team scale without losing quality.
- Partner with Leadership: This role reports directly to the VP Marketing & GTM and works closely with other leaders across the organization. You’ll be involved in problem-solving, strategic priorities, and making sure new team leads and verticals plug into the way we operate from day one.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS or tech, in a role where you owned execution across teams. GTM operations, program management, strategic operations. Not supported it. Owned it.
- A natural organizer. You see complexity and your instinct is to bring structure to it. You’re the person who builds the system, runs the sync, writes the follow-up, and makes sure nothing gets dropped.
- Strong with people. You know how to get alignment without authority. You’re someone people want to work with, and you know how to get different teams rowing in the same direction.
- Clear communicator. You can take a messy situation and turn it into a clear ask, a sharp summary, or a well-run meeting. Written and verbal. People leave your syncs knowing what happens next.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. This role will help shape itself as much as it fills a definition. You don’t wait for a complete spec to get started.
- Passion for sports & sports media: You have a genuine interest in how leagues, teams, and broadcasters operate, and you’re excited to be at the center of how that world is evolving.
Bonus Points:
- Marketing background. Experience working inside a B2B marketing org. You understand how campaigns get built, how brand projects run, and how marketing teams think. You don’t need to have been a marketer, but knowing the language matters.
- Analytical: Comfortable in a CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot). You can translate engagement and pipeline data into priorities.
- Experience with global or multi-region teams. You know how to keep things aligned across time zones and cultures without losing speed.
