Capgemini is seeking a Project Manager for a fixed-term position to lead the implementation of RV Tech's strategic sourcing tool. The role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure the tool is effectively configured, adopted, and operational within the project timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and validate business process requirements for the sourcing tool in collaboration with the Procurement team and key stakeholders
- Gather and consolidate requirements across all user groups (Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, Business Units)
- Develop and maintain the project plan, milestone tracker, RAID log, and status reporting cadence
- Serve as the primary liaison between RV Tech and the tool vendor or implementation partner
- Coordinate system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate blockers as needed
- Support change management activities including stakeholder communications and training coordination
- Document standard operating procedures and user guides for the new sourcing tool
- Ensure the tool is ready for go-live and that post-implementation support plans are in place before engagement concludes
Requirements:
- Must be available during Pacific Standard/Daylight Time (PST/PDT) business hours
- Experience in leading or co-leading the implementation of strategic sourcing tools
- Ability to partner with internal stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, and Legal
- Experience in defining, documenting, and validating business process requirements
- Ability to gather and consolidate requirements across all user groups (Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, Business Units)
- Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, and status reporting cadences
- Ability to serve as the primary liaison between the company and the tool vendor or implementation partner
- Experience in coordinating system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
