Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects across multiple squads
Build, maintain, and actively manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
Review and validate requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, aligned to project objectives, and ready for technical execution
Work closely with development teams, BAs, QA, and stakeholders to translate business needs into structured delivery plans
Drive project execution across full lifecycle, from initiation through delivery, UAT, release, and closure
Assess scope, schedule, dependencies, quality, and risks continuously
Identify blockers and project risks early, resolve where possible, and escalate appropriately when required
Maintain strong stakeholder alignment across geographically distributed teams
Lead project governance through clear reporting, milestone tracking, status updates, and delivery transparency

3–5 years of experience in project management within technical or software delivery environments
Strong experience working directly with engineering/development teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
Experience in Agile delivery environments
Strong practical understanding of Scrum
Previous Business Analyst experience is highly valued
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or IT
Project management qualifications and certifications will be preferred
