GLP Marketing is a company focused on helping elite law firms with client acquisition through enterprise AI Search and SEO frameworks. They are seeking a Founding Sales Executive to create opportunities and drive sales in a fast-growing company, working closely with the CEO to disrupt the legal marketing space.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage managing partners and decision-makers at mid-to-large law firms using targeted, professional outbound tracks
- Identify, pitch, and recruit Managed Service Providers (MSPs), legal technology firms, and IT vendors to establish long-term reseller channels
- Maintain a strict execution input of a minimum of 100 outbound phone calls per week (400 calls per month) managed inside Espo CRM
- Successfully convert raw outreach into at least 10 highly qualified discovery meetings per month placed on the CEO’s calendar
Requirements:
- A disciplined hunter with a documented track record in B2B outbound phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- An articulate communicator who can confidently navigate gatekeepers and command conversations with managing attorneys or technical directors
- A resilient professional who thrives under an activity-driven framework and prefers being measured by objective results rather than office politics
- Maintain a strict execution input of a minimum of 100 outbound phone calls per week (400 calls per month) managed inside Espo CRM
- Successfully convert raw outreach into at least 10 highly qualified discovery meetings per month placed on the CEO's calendar
- Experience or deep familiarity within the legal sector or the IT/MSP space is highly preferred
