About this role
Role Overview
Facilitate and where required lead the day‑to‑day delivery of in‑person and virtual events across the organization
Manage attendee lists, registrations, confirmations and communications
Capture feedback and engagement insights to inform future event planning
Prepare event briefs, checklists and background packs for internal teams and contributors
Promote events through email, digital and social channels in coordination with the Marketing team
Support the preparation of event‑related messaging and content blocks
Requirements
High academic achievement in a relevant discipline such as business, marketing, communications, event management or a related field
3-5 years’ professional experience in an B2B events, coordination, operations or stakeholder‑engagement role
Experience preparing event documentation, including briefs, agendas, checklists, speaker packs and background materials
Ability to manage event administration such as attendee lists, registrations, confirmations, communications and follow‑ups
Strong attention to detail, ensuring partnership commitments and deliverables are fulfilled accurately and consistently
