Ink Factory Studio is a visual communication studio that transforms important ideas into bold drawings. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients, manage leads, and support the sales team in meeting their quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to all incoming inquiries
- Qualify leads and facilitate meetings with the appropriate team member
- Reach out proactively to past clients, dig into our working history, and bring them back into active conversations
- Set meetings for our sales team on both new and existing opportunities
- Keep the CRM and pipeline details accurate and up to date
- Earn commission on meetings set and on deals that close from those meetings
- Contribute energy and enthusiasm to the overall success of Ink Factory
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in sales development, inside sales, or a similar role
- Someone who follows up without being asked and does not let things sit
- Comfortable on the phone and in written communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Motivated by output that is directly tied to what you earn
- Collaborative, reliable, and professional
- Open and excited about learning new skills
