Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Datacenter and Networking) to join a leading organization in the global datacenter and internet infrastructure industry. The Senior Business Analyst will bridge network engineering, product, and commercial teams to optimize interconnection strategy and support global network growth.

Responsibilities:

Analyze network architecture, including IP transit, peering, and dark fiber, to improve performance
Support capacity planning through datacenter utilization analysis
Identify cost optimization opportunities across vendors and network services
Lead end-to-end project delivery for network and interconnection initiatives
Translate technical designs into business requirements and project plans
Develop KPIs and build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
Conduct financial analysis for CapEx and OpEx investments

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Project Management experience in datacenter or telecom environments
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
Strong understanding of networking concepts (BGP, MPLS, DWDM, OSI layers)
Advanced SQL and experience with Python, R, or Excel
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
Strong communication skills and experience working with telecom partners
PMP, CSM, CCNA, or CCNP certifications
