As the Senior Manager on the Trade Product Development team, you will develop and execute innovative healthcare programs and services in collaboration with drug manufacturers, leveraging analytics and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new and innovative programs and services from ideation to execution in collaboration with drug manufacturer partners
- Particular emphasis is on ideating and driving services/insights on programs, products and opportunities
- Understanding the landscape around data and analytics
- Product design
- End to end product build and execution
- Strategic partnerships with drug manufacturers
- Rapid business case evaluation
- Support the development and execution of strategic and tactical solutions

- Patient journey mapping

Requirements:
- Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex models
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally
- Product development experience
- Experience building a diverse network of cross-company contacts
- Ability to lead and direct colleagues (not direct reports) to achieve goals
- Experience with multitasking, prioritization, and effective communication
- High energy, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Foundational understanding of financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals
- 7+ years of overall professional experience
- 5+ years experience with pharmaceutical manufacturer, OR payer experience
- 4+ years end to end product development experience
- 4+ years program management experience
- 2+ years experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot or similar)
- 2+ years' experience with Power BI and Tableau dashboards to review and analyze data
- Must reside in the United States: Rhode Island, Illinois or Arizona
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated leadership ability and cross functional influence
- Strong business and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to drive utilization improvements of 25%
