Eagle Wireless is a connectivity company delivering secure, reliable, and scalable cellular modules and solutions for automotive and IoT applications. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support outbound prospecting efforts, identify new business opportunities, and assist with key sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Research and target companies that fit Eagle Wireless’ ideal customer profile
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Director of Sales
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
- Collaborate closely with leadership on go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Learn and develop sales skills with the goal of progressing into a Sales Manager role
Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of motivation, coachability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
