Array is a company focused on providing eDiscovery solutions, and they are seeking an Associate eDiscovery Project Manager. The role involves supporting client projects, managing project information, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Client Needs Discovery: Assist in understanding and interpreting client needs to help tailor solutions that meet their expectations
- Consultation and Planning: Work with clients and internal teams to help construct project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal capabilities
- Project Oversight: Support internal processes to ensure project plans are executed according to specifications and deadlines
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, including status reports, to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in providing support for technology usage, including Relativity, to ensure clients can effectively use the technology
- Issue Resolution: Help address and resolve any client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust
- Data Processing: Assist in processing data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting the efficient handling and management of client data
Requirements:
- Unwavering commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of how to build and sustain client relationships
- Knowledge of the eDiscovery workflows and technologies
- High aptitude with Microsoft applications, database programs, text editors, and review platforms
- Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing and working knowledge of various Relativity features
- Excellent at managing multiple tasks with strong follow-through
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Availability to work extended hours and on a flexible schedule as needed
- Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
