Experience: 12+ Years Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in Healthcare/Pharma
Strong experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) domain is mandatory
Proven track record of managing AI/ML-based products or data-driven platforms
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical data, and regulatory environments
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and compliance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
