Responsibilities:
- Execute business-aligned modernization roadmaps across cloud, AI, automation, observability, and enterprise platforms
- Own build-run-optimize lifecycle with DevOps and AI-enabled operating models tied to business KPIs
- Optimize budgets and maximize ROI through automation, AI productivity gains, and operational efficiencies
- Embed AI into engineering, operations, testing, support, analytics, and governance processes with measurable business impact
- Establish KPI-driven governance using intelligent analytics, predictive insights, and proactive risk management
- Provide executive-level insights using data-driven reporting, AI-assisted analytics, and business outcome tracking
- Enable seamless integration across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Billing, Finance, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and DevOps platforms

- Evaluate whether the current TOSCA version supports Agentic AI capabilities — identify the supported version and viable options, given the existing installation landscape
- Identify alternate solutions or workarounds in the event TOSCA/qTest does not currently offer the required capabilities
- Outline the prerequisites and enablers needed to implement and operationalize this accelerated delivery model
- Assess whether the current team possesses the requisite skill set to deliver Agentic AI capabilities
- Determine if client has readily available resources who can support and advance this vision
- Present our proposed plan and approach to achieve this goal — maximizing utilization of existing capacity through strategic replacement or minimal augmentation of the current team
