Business Analyst

Brinks Home is a leader in the smart security industry, protecting over one million people across the U.S. They are seeking a determined Business Analyst to gather and document requirements, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for prioritized initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on scope and requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements
• Define current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes and workflows
• Support solution design through wireframes, visuals, and process documentation as needed
• Manage requirements through approval, change control, and scope management processes
• Develop and execute UAT plans and test cases aligned to requirements
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to efficiency and user experience
• Support operational readiness for system and process changes
• Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to BA standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 0-2 years of business analysis experience
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate complex business needs into requirements
• Experience identifying process gaps and recommending improvements
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Comfortable working with data to support decision-making
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
• Experience with diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to UI/UX tools such as Figma or InVision is a plus
