They are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to support the sales leadership team with forecasting and business planning, driving operational success through data-driven insights and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and deliver custom models, reports and dashboards using analytical platforms such as Excel, Google Sheet, SFDC
- Provide timely and relevant insights supported by data that drive strategic objectives and KPIs
- Provide support to sales leadership in order to facilitate various sales initiatives and planning
- Use data/analytics to identify opportunities for sales enablement throughout the sales process
- Work cross-functionally, especially with the account/success, marketing, and product team
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a B2B SaaS or start-up environment
- Comfortable taking initiative and openly communicating
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operational role within a sales environment
- Salesforce experience (admin credentials preferred)
- Experience creating financial models for budgetary and long-term planning analysis
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
- The ability to get things done in a 'remote first' environment
