
Location - Gurugarm
The HR Analyst – Shared Services supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable HR reporting and analytics across the organization. The role collaborates with cross‑functional HR teams to design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data audits within SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems. This position ensures data integrity, supports compliance reporting, and provides system and operational support for HR processes while delivering high‑quality service to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Story Reports.
• Migrate legacy SuccessFactors reports to Story Reports and support continuous optimization.
• Run, validate, distribute, and maintain scheduled operational reports across all SuccessFactors modules.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance‑related reporting (e.g., affirmative action data templates).
• Support data imports into Employee Central, integrations, testing activities, and maintenance of mapping tables.
• Conduct regular data audits and partner with HR teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Serve as tier‑1 support for employee data inquiries and escalate tier‑2 issues appropriately.
• Maintain and safeguard confidential employee data in alignment with organizational standards.
• Act as primary point of contact for inquiries related to Workforce Time & Attendance, including PTO adjustments, carryover, and schedule configuration.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support special projects, reporting initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide professional and timely service to stakeholders in alignment with service‑level agreements.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and related reporting tools.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and support continuous improvement initiatives.
