What You’ll Own

A Seamless Client Journey

Be the friendly, reliable point of contact clients depend on. Guide them through key milestones, provide updates, and make the process feel effortless. Support property presentations and client-facing touchpoints with clarity and care.

Smooth Deal Progression

Keep deals moving by managing deadlines, follow-ups, and milestone completions. Coordinate with solicitors, builders, developers, and internal teams to keep everything on track. Track deposits, amendments, payments, and contract status with accuracy.

Documentation and Contract Support

Prepare property packs, contracts, and re-sale documents. Maintain meticulous CRM and database entries. Ensure every file is complete, compliant, and ready for audit.

Team Enablement

Support the sales team with the materials, updates, and information they need to shine. Assist with administrative tasks that help the entire operation run smoothly.

What Makes You a Fit

Experience in property, property finance, mortgage broking support, settlements, or similar. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing multiple moving parts. You are proactive, detail-focused, and always thinking ahead. Communication is your superpower, both clear and reassuring.
