We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager/PMO to support the Workplace Technology IT organization. This is an operational PMO role, not a traditional project management position. The focus is on portfolio governance, budgeting, workforce planning, vendor management, and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT portfolio planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead annual planning for budgets, workforce, contractors, software, and portfolio priorities.
- Track budget actuals vs. forecasts.
- Manage vendors, SOWs, contracts, and third-party resources.
- Oversee contractor onboarding/offboarding, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
- Partner with business leaders and IT teams to support portfolio governance and planning.
Required Qualifications
- 5 8 years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, or Program Management.
- Strong experience with budgeting, financial planning, resource/workforce planning, and vendor management.
- Experience managing SOWs, contracts, and third-party vendors.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
