Abtrace is solving complex problems in healthcare and is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance their product design capabilities. The role involves leading design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving design quality to better serve healthcare professionals and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, shaping problems and creating clarity
- Stay close to reality by observing clinicians and working closely with onboarding and support teams
- Push beyond obvious solutions while respecting constraints
- Raise the quality and coherence of the product through strong craft and polish
- Help establish the systems and ways of working that allow design quality to scale
