Senior Tech Analyst

Parakeet Communities is a rapidly expanding real estate investment company specializing in Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Resorts across the United States. The Senior Tech Analyst will operate as a division reporting directly to the Co-Founders, focusing on leveraging AI-driven tools and systems to optimize business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Founders and Department Heads to turn business priorities into practical tools and software
• Attend and contribute to EOS and Leadership calls as a junior member of the Executive Team
• Audit and harden what we build: identify fragile code, hidden dependencies, and the kind of "Frankenstein" risk that breaks silently and is hard to fix later. Make our AIbuilt systems auditable and trustworthy!
• Improve the team’s use of AI tools, including Claude, Claude Code, agents, and supporting infrastructure, to increase employee productivity and output
• Scale agentic AI workflows across the business
• Scale and build out Agentic AI workflows across the business
• Bring outsourced projects, such as websites, inhouse when practical
