Principal IT Business Analyst

They are seeking a Principal IT Business Analyst to support business process analysis and IT solutions within the life sciences sector, ensuring that critical business requirements are translated into actionable technology enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications for IT development teams
• Communicate project requirements, system enhancements, and project changes to stakeholders and project members throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis
• Develop project documentation including statements of work, business requirements, use cases, storyboards, and end-user materials; deliver or support training as needed

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in business process analysis within the pharmaceutical environment, focused on development sciences
• Well-developed business partnering, communication, and collaboration skills, including expertise in Business Process Improvement and Deviation/CAPA management
• Experience with requirements definition and management, user experience design and analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Direct experience with pharmacovigilance solutions and knowledge of regulatory guidance and compliance (GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations), including familiarity with data migration and systems such as Veeva Vault
