CuspAI is a frontier AI company on a mission to solve the breakthrough materials needed to power human progress. They are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner to manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical partnerships and business development roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and supporting the company's growth in critical areas such as clean energy and carbon capture.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-priority Technical Partnership and Business Development roles, from Partnership Managers in existing geographies to Country Managers in new regions
- Design and implement strategies to attract and engage world-class, highly specialised talent (e.g. individuals with PhDs in relevant fields) from science-first companies, AI labs, and academic spin-offs
- Act as an ambassador for CuspAI, articulating our mission and the impact of our AI-driven materials discovery whilst supporting candidates from offer through onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring teams to draft compelling job descriptions, define role requirements and assessment criteria, and design engaging, efficient interview processes
- Run interviewer calibration sessions to ensure alignment on focus areas for each stage, refining questions and tasks as needed
- Act as a talent advisor, taking a data-driven approach to market insights on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends across Deep Tech and AI for Materials Science
- Deliver a high-touch, seamless candidate experience that reflects CuspAI's values, so every applicant, regardless of outcome, becomes an advocate
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene in our ATS, sharing accurate dashboards to support visibility and data-driven hiring decisions
- Agree and uphold service levels on critical tasks (reviewing applications, screening calls, scheduling, feedback, stakeholder updates), and partner with Operations and HR to refine onboarding and talent infrastructure
