Capital Project Manager

ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Fortune500 client, who will lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing capital projects. The role involves managing capital projects valued at over $10M and requires end-to-end project lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale industrial/manufacturing capital projects
• Manage capital projects valued at $10M+
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from planning through startup/turnover
• Manage EPC/AE partners, contractors, and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of Project Management experience in Manufacturing/Industrial environments
• Experience managing capital projects valued at $10M+
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience (planning through startup/turnover)
• Experience with FEL / PEM / Stage-Gate methodologies
• Experience managing EPC/AE partners, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• PMP certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
