Associate Analyst for Artwork Workflow Management system – ESKO WebCenter

 

Your Role

 • Actively contribute to the Service delivery for GxP Critical IT Qualified Systems

 • Incident, service, change & problem management. Outage & CAPA management

 • Coordinate, control and evaluate enhancements with Application Vendor

 • Admin Activities for ESKO WebCenter V18 and above or similar workflow solution for managing artwork and label creation

 • Manage “end to end” Interfaces between Upstream ERP systems such as SAP MDGM, SAP PI/PO etc.

 • Connect with Product Owner and Business Process Owner to manage deliverables

 • Quality checks in IT processes

  ○ Periodically review validation deliverables as part of IT-Qualification activities

  ○ Regularly interact with Business team for same

 

 

Who you are

 • Experience in collaborating with geographically distributed teams

• Experience with Computer System Validation / Computer Software Assurance

 • Experience with Artwork & Submission process

 • Experience with software development life cycle

• Experience in implementing software by Change Management Process

 • Experience / Certified in ITIL V3/4

 • Familiar on a broad level with Artwork / Labeling Applications

 • Team Spirit & Good communication skills
