Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-102, or the former MCSA/MCSE)
Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
Experience with SCCM + Intune coexistence (co-management)
Technical certifications relevant to the role
Knowledge and experience with VMware products, Hitachi Storage, SAN (Brocade), and Microsoft technologies such as Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and other Office 365 applications
Advanced knowledge in implementing GPOs (security baselines)
Experience with infrastructure for distributed environments (distribution centers, retail stores, etc.)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps
Advanced English
