As a Fund Servicing Associate ll within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our fund servicing operations. Leveraging your broad knowledge of fund accounting and administration, you will provide advice and support to ensure progress within established procedures and policies. Job responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end operational support for Registration and AML activities, including reporting for funds supported by the JPM Transfer Agency.
- Manage high daily volumes and large transaction values with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure adherence to defined timelines and consistently meet service delivery standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues in a timely and structured manner.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the firm and its clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Transfer Agency, Technology, and Operations teams to support business requirements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement value-added solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Adhere to established JPMorgan processes while continuously seeking opportunities to improve accuracy, reduce redundancy, and mitigate risk.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree, in a business-related discipline.
- Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, exposure to Transfer Agency operations.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of the Trade Lifecycle and Transfer Agency processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with proficiency.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new concepts, systems, and procedures.
- Work independently while maintaining high accuracy and accountability.
- Apply strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills.
