
Candidates should have prior working experience of acting as BA for ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
Knowledge & experience in development of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform.
Aware of leading client workshops and best practices during requirement gathering session.
Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members
Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools, ITIL certification preferred.
Ideal candidate should have worked on agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application in scrum-based approach
Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.

Candidate has to work in 3:30 pm to 12:00 am shift to lead client workshops.
