Roles & Responsibilities: Recruiting Functional Consultant
Responsible for client deliverables (functional) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements.
Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes.
Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.
Must-Have Certifications
Experience & Background
BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.
Candidate should have 4-6 years of IT experience.
Professional Experience of at least 2 years in Implementing or Supporting Workday.
Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Recruiting Module consultant
Required Skills/Experience:
Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader.
Proven track record as a collaborative team player, able to work in a cross functional project team and collaborate to deliver to ambitious timelines.
Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting for global rollouts.
Experience in configuring various business processes within Core Recruiting & HCM.
Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level. Strong communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and detail oriented, strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
