Your Role

In this pivotal role, you will drive growth within the Metallics Business by leading marketing program activities for the Selective Co-Reactants portfolio — a critical product line within the Thin Films segment of the Electronics business. Reporting to the Global Market Manager for Selective Co-Reactants, you will own market size and attractiveness assessments, develop compelling value propositions and product positioning grounded in materials science expertise, and translate customer demand for new chemistries into actionable sourcing requests. You will interface with production and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment, initiate product registration and safety data sheet processes, and provide direct support during customer audits. Success in this role requires close collaboration across a broad matrix of internal partners — including new product launch teams, technology, customer application, sales, original equipment manufacturer teams, integrated supply chain, environment, health and safety, strategic sourcing, and customer service — making strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills essential to delivering impact.

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or relevant degree with 5 + years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or Ph.D with 2+ year of experience. 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and maintain data integrity.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional team members.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills, with experience working across a matrixed and global organization.
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of translating customer needs into actionable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in materials science or chemistry.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent business education.
• Experience in semiconductor materials, thin films, or specialty chemicals marketing.
• Familiarity with new product development and commercialization processes in a science or technology environment.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed

 

Base Pay Range for this position – $102,200-$153,300

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
