JOB SUMMARY
This position supports Medical Group Operations through workforce planning support, operational analysis, and coordination of cross-functional initiatives across clinical departments and the Health System. This role partners with departmental and institutional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to workforce planning, position management, clinical effort, productivity, recruitment, and departmental priorities.
The position supports cross-functional initiatives through data-informed analysis, process coordination, and ongoing monitoring of departmental needs and performance trends. Responsibilities include maintaining tracking processes, supporting incentive and clinical effort data validation, identifying risks or gaps, and contributing to reporting and decision-making efforts that align departmental priorities with Medical Group and Health System objectives.
Success in this role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and synthesize information from a variety of operational sources within a complex healthcare environment.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required- Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Information Services or equivalent.
- Experience
4 years of experience in healthcare operations, or clinical practice management, program coordination, or related roles supporting clinical departments required.
Experience working with operational data, reporting tools, or performance tracking processes preferred.
Preferred- Experience
Work experience in healthcare.
JOB DUTIES - Operational Analytics & Workforce Planning Support
- Analyzes and interprets workforce, position management, and operational data, including clinical effort, recruitment progress, and productivity metrics, to support operational planning and decision-making.
- Gathers, synthesizes, and evaluates data from departments to support analyses related to staffing, access, growth, and operational performance.
- Develop reports, summaries, and analyses to support leadership visibility, planning, and executive-level discussions.
- Identifies trends, gaps, risks, and inconsistencies and facilitate resolution and follow-up with departmental stakeholders.
- Clinical Effort & Incentive Data Support
- Manages validation of workforce, clinical effort, finance, and productivity data used in reporting and incentive plan processes.
- Partners with departments to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of submitted data.
- Evaluates discrepancies in submitted information and coordinate resolution with stakeholders across departments and operational teams.
- Develops analysis, summaries, and materials for leadership review and operational decision-making.
- Process Coordination & Improvement
- Coordinates cross-department initiatives and implementation efforts aligned with Medical Group priorities and Health System objectives.
- Facilitates development, refinement, and standardization of tracking processes, reporting structures, and data collection methods.
- Oversees tracking tools, documentation, and reporting resources to ensure consistency, reliability, and visibility across departments.
- Identifies and facilitates process improvement opportunities in collaboration with departmental and institutional stakeholders.
- Departmental Engagement & Collaboration
- Partners with clinical and administrative leaders to understand workforce needs, operational challenges, and reporting requirements.
- Serves as a liaison between clinical departments and health system departments to facilitate alignment and execution of operational priorities.
- Facilitates alignment of departmental priorities with Medical Group and Health System initiatives.
- Build collaborative relationships with departmental administrators, institutional partners, and leadership across the organization.
- Special Projects & Operational Support
- Coordinates initiatives supporting Medical Group priorities.
- Develops leadership materials, summaries, and executive-level updates to support organizational discussions and planning efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
