Role Overview
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workflows, data structures, and dashboards.
- Lead a small technical team and collaborate with task leads, HRSA, and OPTN 360 platform stakeholders.
- Conduct structured requirements gathering to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Serve as the primary interface between the project’s technical team and the OPTN 360 team.
- Oversee the design of data models, tracking tools, and dashboards.
