Our Role
The Senior Director, Change - Behavioural Change and Leadership Forums, operates at an enterprise scale, shaping and executing transformation across multiple functions, locations, or major programs. The role is distinguished by its strategic scope, complexity, executive-level influence, and accountability for embedding sustainable change aligned to long-term organisational objectives.
The role provides enterprise-wide leadership for large-scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on behavioural change and organizational development. It is accountable for aligning organisational structure, processes, leadership behaviours, and culture with enterprise objectives, ensuring change is adopted, embedded, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the role leads complex cross-functional programs and multi-year transformation initiatives, embedding new ways of working and building enduring change capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level change strategies aligned to corporate strategy and operating model evolution
- Establish a clear vision and narrative for change across functions, regions, and leadership teams
- Drive multi-year, complex transformation programs across multiple functions and locations
- Design and implement behavioral change strategies and programs to improve adoption, effectiveness, accountability, and performance
- Lead large-scale behavioral change programs as a result of large scale changes.
- Align structure, capability, and workforce planning with strategic priorities
- Lead behavioural and cultural change initiatives to embed new ways of working and leadership behaviours
- Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership on change and organisation design matters
- Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across diverse priorities
- Establish governance, performance metrics and adoption measures to track outcomes
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor adoption and continuously improve outcomes
- Lead and develop direct and indirect cross-functional teams
- Build organisational capability through coaching, mentoring and leadership development
- Communicate transformation strategies, operating models and change roadmaps effectively
- Lead enterprise change tools, methodologies and platform evolution
- Drive integration of AI-related innovations into workforce and transformation initiatives
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in organisational development, business, human resources or related discipline
- Postgraduate qualifications preferred
- Typically 20+ years’ experience in enterprise change leadership and transformation
- Proven expertise in behavioral change and organizational development
- Strong track record in complex behavioural and cultural change initiatives
- Extensive experience engaging and influencing senior and executive stakeholders
