Analyst - Business Ops, Tech Strategy

The Analyst - Tech Strategy position will assist with a variety of strategic programs and processes managed by the Enterprise Tech Strategy team. This role requires strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to gather and organize data to support team initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of technology platforms, strong financial and business awareness, and be able to help coordinate project activities. Success in this role depends on being proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.

• Acts as a customer liaison and Subject Matter expert for other functions and departments within Ally Bank Partners with cross functional teams on key initiatives directly impacting Technology organization outcomes.

• Support the Enterprise Technology Strategy team utilizing various platforms such as MS Office, Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence, and more to help drive efficiencies.
• Support program and project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Other duties or responsibilities may be required to effectively and efficiently respond to customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience
• High school diploma ore GED equivalent
