Program Manager Data Readiness for AI_Denver, CO_(Onsite_need Local_No Relocation_F2F Interview))

Role Summary:

Lead the centralized PMO for the Data Readiness pillar driving end-to-end program governance, milestone-based delivery, and stakeholder management across migration from legacy Redshift/Athena to a hybrid Databricks + Snowflake Lakehouse under an outcome-based NTE ceiling model.

Key Responsibilities:

Own integrated roadmap, RAID log, dependency map, and critical path across all 3 execution tracks (L&S, Refactor, New-Build)

Drive 2-week sprint cadence sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and scrum-of-scrums

Produce monthly executive status artifacts (KPIs, risks, financials, value tracking) for Steering Committee

Manage milestone gate readiness packages aligned to Exhibit B acceptance criteria for EchoStar's verified acceptance via VMS

Own change control process impact assessment within 48 hours of CR submission; protect NTE ceiling

Align delivery milestones to EchoStar's PAR / budget envelopes in coordination with Finance and PMO

Coordinate with EchoStar's Governance & BI teams to ensure upstream changes do not break downstream analytics

Track Productive Velocity SLA ( 90%); manage idle time mitigation and resource pivot decisions

Drive knowledge transfer program shadowing, reverse shadowing, independent execution tracking KT KPIs

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum data migration programs

Deep understanding of outcome-based / milestone-gated delivery models with NTE ceilings

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow for project management and change control

Strong stakeholder management comfortable presenting to CxO / Steering Committee forums

Experience with onshore-offshore delivery models
