Project Manager / Program Lead

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Lead to oversee the successful execution of an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) support program for the U.S. Department of Education's Impact Aid Grant System (IAGS). This role involves overall contract administration, project planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance with federal standards and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day project and contract activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards
• Collaborate with technical teams and government stakeholders
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT project management experience
• PMP certification required
• Experience supporting federal government projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk (MR) Background Investigation
• Master's degree preferred
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
• Experience with IV&V or federal system oversight projects
