10+ years of experience in QA automation, with a proven track record of architectural leadership.
Mastery of core & advanced Java with extensive experience building UI and web service frameworks from scratch.
Proven track record of optimizing Java/Cucumber frameworks for speed, parallel execution, and execution runtime reduction.
Deep expertise with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber (BDD) for robust end-to-end testing.
Advanced expertise architecting automated solutions for REST APIs, SOAP-based web services, and database validation.
Strong SQL and DB2 knowledge for advanced backend test data architecture and verification.
Expert-level knowledge integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for hands-off, fast build regression.
Proven track record of designing frameworks with low flakiness and high execution reliability

Job Description
- Hands-on code, architect, and optimize the core Java-based automation framework (Selenium/Cucumber) specifically for execution speed, efficiency, and scalability.
- Design and implement end-to-end regression automation solutions that eliminate manual human interaction and accelerate CI/CD build deployment.
- Review the existing automation ecosystem and recommend smart framework enhancements, libraries, or alternative tools to improve reliability.
- Drive the technical strategy for test migration, parallel execution, and automated reporting dashboards across UI, message-layer, and database services.
- Establish strict automation coding standards, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership while remaining an active contributor to the codebase.
