FullFunnel is a sales and marketing outsourcing and advisory services company experiencing substantial growth both in North America and abroad. As a Business Development Representative, you will act as an extension of our customers' sales team to develop and execute business development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Work with both the FullFunnel team and clients to develop and execute business development strategies
- Research and understand target audiences and build and deploy email, social, and calling campaigns to reach and convert those audiences
- Cold call prospects to discover and qualify sales opportunities to meet client goals and KPIs
- Work closely with Account Director and Operations teams to deliver high-quality sales development services
- Deploy prospecting campaigns using tele-prospecting, email, and social channels
- Coordinating with Sales Operations on sales enablement initiatives, list and audience building, and campaign deployment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-2 years work experience in related field
- Ability to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies
- Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, team environment
- Intellectually curious with intense desire to continuously learn new things
- Coachable, driven, and hard-working
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus
