Lead Project Manager, PMO

The Project Manager will lead and manage projects in electrical systems, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects that involve the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and solutions
• Developing comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines
• Allocate and coordinate resources, including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials, to keep the project on track
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to our engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Establishing strong communication channels with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure we stay within financial targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role
• Experience with electrical utilities, electrical system design, installation, and maintenance projects
• 10 years experience or greater or 5 years' experience plus PMP
• Curious and active listener: You have a deep hunger to learn, coupled with a willingness to think outside the box. You ask a lot of questions. You recognize there is a difference between 'hearing' and 'listening'

• Transmission line and Substation experience preferred
